Returns

We accept returns within 2 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@somerjewellery.com with details about the exchange. We will provide you with instructions on returning the item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
